Weir博士重獲新生，McKay博士試圖拯救遭受複製者攻擊後早已成千瘡百孔的亞特蘭蒂斯。可供使用的能源僅可維持24小時，又無法使用星際之門，亞特蘭蒂斯小隊能否再次戰勝世界末日......
