FX在一年前預訂了10集Getty家族傳記限定劇《信任 Trust》，現確定劇在6月於倫敦開機，18年1月首播。《信任》由《貧民窟的百萬富翁 Slumdog Millionaire》的Danny Boyle﹑Simon Beaufoy及Christian Colso n開發，Danny Boyle將會執導，Simon Beaufoy則負責編劇。
《信任》講述的是真實的富豪家族故事，主角是John Paul Getty III，Getty石油公司的（前）繼承人；於1973年時，John Paul Getty III在羅馬遭到綁架，當時黑手黨綁匪向他的家族勒索贖金（根據資料是1700萬美元）。然而他在綁匪手上時，這對他成了一種惡夢，因為當時仿佛沒有人想救他回來似的。
意大利警方認為這是惡作劇，因而拒絕調查﹑John Paul Getty III那沒了繼承...
